Special Orienteering Game at Menotomy Rocks!
Maps will be pre-marked with team territories, out-of-bounds areas, and the locations of the "jails".
Representatives from the teams will then meet at a neutral zone to exchange flag maps.
The usual rules will then apply:
If you tag someone from the other team on your territory, they go to "jail".
Prisoners can be freed from jail by being tagged by their own teammates. They then get a free walk back to their own territory (they can't get the flag on the way!).
The team that first gets all the flags from the other side onto their own territory wins!
NEOC families are invited to a game of Orienteering Capture The Flag, starting at noon.
Teams will place flags in their territory and mark the locations on the map.

From Rt 2 in Arlington, take Route 60 East toward Arlington/Winchester (Pleasant St.) 0.4 miles. Turn left (west) on Gray St, and take the first left on Jason St. The park is 0.1 miles south on Jason St. On-street parking only, no vehicles are permitted in the park. Please obey parking signs and respect driveways.

Meet workers who can donate 1-2 hours of their time are needed to help out with registration and logistics. Workers get to run their courses free as a thank-you, and can schedule their volunteer time with the event director. Contact Barb Bryant if you are interested in helping out. Thanks!
