The 2012 NEOC Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, June 10 at Houghton's Pond in the Blue Hills. Information will be presented on the status of the club, on the activity of the officers, and on what to look forward to for the future, and elections will be held for the five seats on the Board of Directors opening this year. Before the meeting, there will be an orienteering event.
There will be a potluck picnic starting at about noon, so courses will close earlier so everyone can eat and attend the AGM. Attendees are encouraged to start earlier in the window, especially if you expect to be out for more than an hour.

Directions:
Google Map. Parking will be in the parking lot on Blue Hill River Rd, and registration, the picnic, and the AGM will be in the field immediately adjacent to the parking lot, west of Houghton's Pond. Overflow parking will be in the main Houghton's Pond parking lot on Hillside St.
